Obadiah is the shortest book in the Old Testament. The name of its author, the prophet, means “Servant of Jehovah”.

Primarily the prophecy is about and against Edom, a people with whom the Israelites have had conflicts since both nations came into being. The final and complete destruction is foretold because of the way Edom has treated the people of Israel over the centuries.

Although the book is only one chapter in length, it provides details concerning the events surrounding the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We will examine it from the perspective of what it can tell us about future events. As well, it teaches powerful practical application lessons. We will study these, and think about how these, and think about how these lessons should affect our everyday lives.

Our study of Obadiah will begin by applying the basic steps of Inductive Bible Study. We shall see, as we get to know it more and more deeply, that it is truly a book with a much-needed message for today.

In the 6th Century B.C., the Hebrew prophet Daniel wrote an amazing prophecy that would give detailed information to the Jewish people of their last 490 years known as the 70 weeks of Daniel, which make us aware of the exact time for the coming Messiah, down to the details of His triumphal entry to Jerusalem and His death.

What remains is for us to discover our place in the ongoing fulfilment of Daniel’s remaining prophecies.

To whom does the “Holy Land” really belong? This could well be one of the most explosive questions of our time.

Jerusalem is the city at the center. She is the center of mankind’s hopes and God’s purposes. God loves her, Satan hates her, Jesus wept over her, and the Holy Spirit descended upon her, the nations are drawn to her and Jesus the Messiah, the King of all kings will return and reign in her.

The destiny of the entire world is tied to the future of Jerusalem and the shadows of her future are already heavy upon her. Everywhere on earth, people who previously never gave a thought to this city are asking: “What will happen to Jerusalem?”.

In this seminar we will look at Jerusalem’s rich and fascinating history, the present struggle for sovereignty over her, and her most significant and glorious days which are still to come.

In this seminar we will go to the Bible to discover what God has said about wisdom. What does He have to say about His wisdom compared to the world’s wisdom? We will also discover what the incomparable blessings of God’s wisdom are for the child of God.

Near the end of the 1st century, the beloved apostle John was exiled to the Island of Patmos for preaching the gospel. While there, he received the vision of what is yet to come and recorded it for us in the book of the Revelation.

But before the end would come, there would be the time of the church. Seven letters were written to the seven churches, churches of the day of John, yet representative of the church through time until today.
What were the last words of Jesus to His church? What does the Lord consider commendable? What does He have against the church? What are His special promises to those who will overcome?

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
